Apart from the provision of the living quarters, facilities such as multi-purpose games court, visitors’ car parking areas so designed to avoid vehicular and pedestrian conflict.
A prime feature of the development is the emphasis on large roof overhung offering protection from the sun. Provision of openable fan lights over doors and windows promote cross ventilation in the entire property.

Size: The client’s main objective was to remodel the existing three bedroom bungalow and outhouse into a contemporary residence which is attractive in appearance and in harmony with the environment. It is evident that the site which measures 0.7 acres is underutilised and has the potential to be put to a better use.
