The site, which measures approximately 0.29 hectares, is surrounded by two storey semi-detached family units as well as three-storey block of flats.
With well celebrated and detailed building entrances which aided a highly aesthetic-valued frontage, it was possible to achieve a landmark effect for the locality. It greatly aided local orientation whilst sympathising with the overall existing buildings. This greatly encouraged the inducement of pride for facility users and heightened a sense of belongingness. To this extent it would embody it itself a sheer quality for aesthetics and attractiveness.
